Terms
What you get
We build a 3D model of your product from the photos, dimensions and references you send, and deliver the renders described in the package you choose (Catalog, Launch or Hero) or in a written quote. Delivery times are in business days and start once we have everything we need and, for paid work, once payment is received.
Free sample
The free sample is one render of one product, delivered at preview resolution, with no obligation. It's yours to keep, and you may use that sample image however you like. Full-resolution files, more angles and scenes come with a paid package.
Payment
Paid packages are charged in full, in US dollars, through our secure payment link before final production starts. Prices are per product and listed on shapelark.com; custom work is quoted in writing. Card statements show "SHAPELARK".
Revisions
Each package includes the revision rounds listed on shapelark.com (Catalog 2, Launch and Hero 3). A round is one consolidated set of changes. Changes to the product itself (a new label, a new shape) or extra deliverables are new work and are quoted separately.
Refunds
- If we haven't started production, you can cancel for a full refund.
- If we can't deliver what the package describes, you get a full refund.
- Once a preview has been delivered, the work is underway, and refunds are at our discretion and usually partial.

Usage rights and ownership
On full payment, you receive a worldwide, perpetual, non-exclusive license to use the delivered images and video for any commercial or personal purpose, including marketplaces, ads, packaging and print. You may edit them. We keep ownership of our 3D models, scenes and tools, except that the Hero package includes a copy of the scene file for your own use. We show your product in our portfolio only with your permission.
Your materials
You confirm you have the right to use the product designs, logos, labels and artwork you send us, and that rendering them doesn't infringe anyone else's rights. You keep all rights to your brand and product designs. We use your materials only to do your work, and we don't share them.
Accuracy
Renders are photorealistic illustrations of your product based on what you provide. We aim for exact proportions, colors and materials, and you approve the final look. Colors can vary between screens and print.
Tools we use
We use 3D software and AI-assisted tools in production and administration. Every delivery is reviewed before it's sent.
Liability
Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses.
